Bath Fashion
If one looks sometimes the bath fashion of the 19-th century, one easily comes to smiling. In clothes wrapped, overcast from the top to the bottom, the ladies rose there in the water.
One could probably swim no five metres with these curtains, but one put on just other graduations. Morality before function was called it still. A bathing suit usual today would have excited the highest outrage not to speak of string bikinis at all only. Thus the joy remains to us to all to be able to pull today (almost) what we want and especially the men are glad about the emancipation of the woman which is reflected in the unclothing of her friend. Today the bath fashion is dominated almost only by the bikini. Indeed, middle last century there were 3-part suits, however, so-called Trikinis, these could not assert themselves.
Also the one-piece swimsuits have become rare on the beach or swimming pool.
